Our staff has been trained to answer freqently asked questions, we ask that you explain your needs and problems to the staff, they will consult with Dr. McCullough and return your call as soon as possible. Emergency calls, like bleeding and labor, are returned immediately. Calls that the doctor must return personally will be made during lunch or after business hours, so please leave an appropriate call back number. Non-emergency calls received after 5:00 will not be returned until the following business day.

Will be handled ONLY during office hours so that we can refer to your medical record.

9:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Thursday Friday 9:00am to 12:30pm
Closed during lunch from 12:15pm to 1:30pm (Phones go to answering service)


Dr. McCullough is on various insurance plans, for details on which plans we are currently accepting please contact our office. In order to provide you with the best possible care, we need the most up-to-date information about you. Please bring your insurance and ID cards with you at the time of your appointment. Insurance copays are due upon arrival.
 Dr. McCullough places a particular emphasis on preventative medicine and helping you learn better ways to take care of your health. Outside of his practice he still finds time to donate his care to Mission Arlington.
